I utilize a blend of Myofascial, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular and Assisted Stretching modalities to target your individual needs. You are encouraged to communicate any issues, discomfort, need for change in pressure etc any time during the session, I will adjust my methods to your level of comfort.
